Shipping

Shipping charges for all orders are determined based on your geographic location. All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India. Depending on your location, it will take 7-14 working days to fulfill your order. Upon shipment, we will email the tracking details for your order to the email address provided at the time of placing the order. In case you have any questions or require further clarification, please email us at customercare@chupps.com or contact us on +91 8779668151. We work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (Indian Standard Time) and will aim to respond to your queries within 2 working days. It is our endeavor to ship all items in your order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. There may be restrictions on accepting orders for delivery in certain locations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and a message will be sent requesting you to provide an alternate shipping location.

 

Returns

 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have received is in good condition but you are not satisfied with it, then you can return the same for an exchange within 30 days. If the product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or
defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and
in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund, within 72
hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Please follow the following steps to return a damaged or defective product:

  • Take pictures of the damage/ defect
  • E-mail all images to customercare@chupps.com. Please copy the e-mail to vinita.turakhia@chupps.com
  • as well.
  • Please allow us 24 hours to study the damage or defect
  • Once accepted, we will organize pick-up for the return order from your location. In situations where
  • this is not possible, we will offer you an alternate product or a refund.

If the products damaged during use (regular wear & tear) they do not qualify for a refund.

EXCHANGES

If you have ordered a wrong size of product, and need it to be exchanged, you will need to organise to send the product back to us.

Please note that CHUPPS will not bear the cost of returning the product in case of size issues. This cost will need to be borne by you. We will process exchanges once we are in receipt of the product. The product exchanged will be of the same price and style as the original product being returned. Typically exchanges are processed in less than 15 working days after we are in receipt of the product. Once your product is ready to be shipped, we will email a link to you to make the payment for shipping charges. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of shipping charges from you.

Refunds

If the payment was by Credit Card/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective Card account or the Net-banking account. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse. Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/debit card bank with the chupps.in refund process reference. Cancellations

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card or Net Banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your respective credit card/debit card or Net Banking account.

Cancellation by the Customer

You can cancel an order at any point before shipment. We will not be able to cancel the order if it has been processed (shipped) by us. Chupps.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by chupps.com and accept chupps.com decision regarding the cancellation. Any amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode as was chosen by you to make the payment. In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product.
